12 = 10 + 10/5 - Restitution principle
11 is a parallel number or twin number; the first one is the beginning and the second one is the second beginning.
70 is the exit number; 7 is the number of perfection and 10 is complete. 7 x 10 = 10 maturity is reached
60 = 12 x 5 = (10 + 10/5) x 5 this is a five-fold restitution principle.
There are 60 books of the Bible. 39 books in the Old Testament and 27 books in the New Testament. Notice that 39 = 27 + 12. One less book in the NT for each of the twelve tribes.
